Dr. Amanda Liesse

I have spent the majority of my life in the Chicago suburbs. I attended Iowa State University for my undergraduate work and graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. I worked for three years at a busy small animal veterinary hospital in Crystal Lake, Illinois before relocating to Phoenix. I love all aspects of veterinary medicine, but take a special interest in communicating with clients and helping to build the human-animal bond. My hobbies include biking, hiking and spending quality time with my dogs: two Australian shepherds (Izzy and Cooper). I’m proud to be a part of the AZPetVet and Las Sendas families, and I look forward to meeting you and your pets soon.

Dr. Megan Tuttle

Although I was born in Boulder, CO, I’ve lived in Arizona for most of my life. I received my Bachelor of Science at the University of Arizona in 2004 (Go Wildcats!) and my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in May of 2008. During my time in Colorado, I realized I missed Arizona and wanted to return to the valley to practice veterinary medicine. My professional interests include dentistry, internal medicine, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery. In my spare time, I enjoy Triathlon, watching live music, and traveling with my husband, Andrew and our two children Beckett and Mayla. Our 4 legged family includes a Border Collie mix (Dixie), a scruffy Terrier (Sophie), and a feisty orange tabby named Flash. I look forward to caring for your four-legged family soon!

Dr. Sadie Wood

I was born in Ogden, Utah, but spent most of my childhood in Alabama and Mississippi. My father was in the Air Force, which means my family moved around quite a bit. I attended Mississippi State and received a degree in biological engineering in 2015, and my DVM in 2019. My first job in the veterinary field was during my junior year of college; I worked as a veterinary assistant at a local clinic, where I found my true love for veterinary medicine. While studying for my DVM, I continued gaining experience as an operating room technician, a veterinary camp counselor, and eventually, as a senior student intern helping with sophomore surgery lab. I also attended a world vets' trip to Nicaragua. Although I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine, I’m particularly interested in dermatology, shelter, and behavioral medicine. I recently moved to Arizona with my two dogs, Copper, and Gus. They are both already enjoying the sun and palm trees! Outside of work, my hobbies include hiking, running, reading, and catching some rays by the pool. Since I grew up on the Mississippi coast, I also love all water activities, including swimming, kayaking, and sailing. I’m looking forward to caring for your furry family members at Las Sendas Animal Hospital & Grooming!

Dr. Madeline Beebe

I grew up here in Phoenix, AZ, and attended the University of Central Florida, receiving my Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2016. For veterinary school, I attended Colorado State University, where I received my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine as a part of the class of 2020. I’ve done a lot of volunteering at animal rescues and worked as a technician at several small animal and exotic practices. I’ve also spent some time working with zoo veterinarians both in Florida and Colorado. I am very interested in exotic species, animal rescue, and all things small animal medicine. I enjoy orthopedics, pain relief, and dermatology immensely. My favorite parts of being a vet are learning new things every day from the passionate people around me and being around people from all walks of life who have loving an animal in common. At home, I have a little python named Theodore, a blind and deaf rescue dog named Maisie, and a lovely husband who is a pilot and real estate agent. I love reading anything at all, hiking, and crafting at home. When we can, my husband and I love traveling as well.
